Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact service@hellopel.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective)

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
